Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities

We welcome sponsors and exhibitors who would like to take the opportunity to engage with a wide range of specialists and trainees working in obstetrics and gynaecology throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. 

Aotearoa 2023 ASM Partner

$8,000 (incl GST)

Exclusive partnership with your valued support given maximum acknowledgement and exposure at the meeting and online. You will have first priority in booth location (if purchased prior to the end of February 2023, otherwise priority based on time of purchase), two staff registrations are included and they are invited to join the ASM dinner to celebrate with the group.

If you would like to bring more staff you can purchase additional exhibitor tickets ($445 per person) as part of your application.

Exhibition booth package

$4,600 (incl GST) 

This package includes:

  • 1 booth, 3m wide by 1.8m deep, power supply
  • Two exhibition staff tickets per booth
  • Access to the event and delegates throughout the event
  • Your logo on the website
  • Access to the conference app
  • Delegates' list when you pack in

Additional exhibitor tickets can be purchased ($445 per person). ASM dinner ticket can be obtained ($195 per person).

Once exhibition applications are approved by RANZCOG, early payment will enable your priority in booth choice. We’ll make the first round of allocations at the end of February 2023.

Barista coffee cart sponsorship   

$2,875 (incl GST)

A coffee cart in the exhibition room will keep you and participants happy!  Take credit for providing this vital service.

  • Display your banner by the coffee cart
  • Your logo on the website
  • Acknowledgement in the conference programme
  • Acknowledgement on break holding slides
  • This package does not include a registration but one can be purchased separately should you choose for $445.
