of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the establishment of high standards of practice in obstetrics and gynaecology and excellence and equity in women’s health. The College trains and accredits doctors throughout Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand in the specialties of obstetrics and gynaecology. The College also supports research into women’s health and advocates for women’s healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community, professional organisations and government.

| Te Kāhui Oranga ō Nuku provides overarching leadership for governance of RANZCOG’s Aotearoa New Zealand issues and oversight of other Aotearoa New Zealand committees and working groups. |
| He Hono Wāhine ensure that a Māori voice/perspective is heard and has influence on every aspect of RANZCOG’s activities in Aotearoa New Zealand, recognising Māori as tangata whenua and supporting initiatives that will improve equity of outcomes. |
| The Aotearoa New Zealand Committee oversees training and educational events in Aotearoa New Zealand, and support and engage with Aotearoa New Zealand members. They also support Te Kāhui Oranga ō Nuku (RANZCOG’s Aotearoa governing committee) with advocacy and submission efforts in Aotearoa. |
