This highly interactive workshop is designed to sharpen your
critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making in a
collaborative learning environment.
Participants will work through real-world cases, analysing
patient history, clinical findings, and diagnostic pathways to refine their
management strategies.
As part of this Case Based Discussion:
within our obstetric focus, Dr Heena Lakhdhir will bring a
case highlighting reduced fetal movement and Dr Richard Pole will offer a case
focused on pre-term birth.
within our gynaecology focus, Dr Tom De Greve and Dr May-Lee
Wong will share a case about a cancer and fertility journey.
Case Based Discussion workshops aim to bridge the gap
between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Grounded in active
learning, encouraging participants to engage deeply with clinical cases
reflective of real-life scenarios. Fostering enhanced clinical skills,
professional judgment, and adherence to best practices by emphasising
reflection on patient outcomes and performance benchmarking.
